All standard rooms face the ocean and offer either one king or two double beds. The upstairs rooms have private balconies that overlook the ocean and the downstairs rooms have private patios that open up to the courtyard where the pool and the Lemon bar are located. All rooms have small refrigerators and coffee makers and we have several rooms that offer microwave ovens. There are no rooms with ovens or stoves..

Deluxe Room - #220
Sleeps 2

This is an upstairs room located closest to the ocean. It has a wrap around balcony with a large picture window that offers a panoramic view of the ocean. It has a king size bed and can be adjoined to room #221 which has two double beds.

Deluxe Room - #101
Sleeps 2

This 1st floor room is also closest to the ocean and has a king size bed. It too has a wrap around patio and a large picture window.  Because of the dunes and our privacy fence you cannot see the ocean from here. This room can also be adjoined to room #102 which has two double beds.

Oceanfront Suite - #339
Sleeps 2-4
Our private suite on the 3rd floor has a living room and a separate bedroom with a king and a double bed.  The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and there is also a ½ bath. This room offers a full size refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. Both #339 and #340 have their own private balconies that overlook the ocean but can share a common balcony when rented together. 

Adjoining Room - #340
Sleeps 2
This room adjoins to the suite but can be rented seperately.  There is a queen size bed, small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven provided.  This room has a regular size bathtub with Jacuzzi jets. Both #339 and #340 have their own private balconies that overlook the ocean but can share a common balcony when rented together.
